Project Process

Launch and planning

The launch phase is considered to be the most important phase for a project. Since it is a very exciting process in which the first steps are taken, sketchy thoughts are formed before going through the planning phase, project goals, assumptions and expectations are formulated by providing preliminary information. The project leader is also identified during this process. During the planning process, work packages are created in detail with the participation of all parties to the project. Scoping and scheduling are performed according to these created activities. In accordance with the scope of the project, the estimated completion dates are determined taking into account the scope of work. Together with these analyzes, cost schemes and procurement plans are drawn up.

Running Applications

This is the process that includes the implementation of the project in the project management plan. It includes activities such as setting up a project team, delivering work packages and activities, maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders, and providing external resources. This process includes quality assurance, supplier information and proposal evaluation, supplier evaluation and selection, project team formation, and project management. Sometimes details that were overlooked during the planning stage can also be seen at this stage. In this case, what will be done is to make the necessary interventions in accordance with the objectives of the project.

Monitoring and control

This process is the process of applying those changes and the changes made to the missing details we mentioned in the implementation phase. Often the challenges that arise during project implementation involve taking control measures without overgrowth. Many sub-processes, such as risk analysis evaluation, project program control, performance change control, performance reporting, and cost control, are also included in the monitoring and control process.

Finishing

The project means the completion of all processes. At the completion stage, it is not necessary to complete the project, or rather, complete it at will. Some projects may also remain ineffective. Completion of the project and all necessary project activities, as well as the formal completion of the project, takes place under the project closure process. Contract closing involves understanding and closing the remaining parts of each contract related to the project and project milestones. The final stage is the final stage and signifies the completion of the project. In short, the project gets the result with the completion of the process, that is, the transfer of the project to the stakeholders.
